Our Wood Floor Care Services
Hardwood Floor Cleaning
We use floor scrubbers and buffers in combination with intensive floor treatment to clean and buff your hardwood floors. This process removes dirt, oils, and other hard-to-remove contaminents in the topcoat.
This service includes a multistep process including removal of dry soil, agitation, extraction, and polishing your hardwood floors.
Hardwood Screen and Recoat
Screen and recoat may be the best solution for wood floors if they have light surface blemishes and scratches, especially if they have lost their sheen and no longer look appealing. Screen and recoat is the preferred solution for minor surface-level scratches on wood floors where the layer is worn out.
It is called sandless refinishing because it doesn't involve a full sanding of the floor. The recoating process provides 2 additional protective coats of premium polyurethane finish. It can last anywhere from 5 to 8 years, depending on lifestyle and traffic on the floor
Hardwood Wax/Polish Removal
Our wood floor wax removal service is ideal for homeowners looking to get rid of wax build-up and restore their hardwood floors. Store-bought wax, oil, and acrylic-based cleaners and polishes can make your floors look dull, hazy, and unattractive over time, leaving a heavy residue behind.

Signs That Your Hardwood Floor Needs Professional Care
Sticky or Tacky Feel
When walking barefoot on the floor, if you notice a sticky or tacky sensation underfoot, it could be a sign of wax or embedded dirt. This can occur when the layers of residue become overly thick or haven't been properly cleaned.
Difficulty Cleaning
If cleaning no longer restores the floor's shine or dirt and grime seem to adhere stubbornly to the surface, it may be due to a dirt build-up. This layer can trap dirt and make it challenging to clean effectively.
Floor Dullness
Even with regular sweeping and mopping, if the floor still appears dull and lacks lustre, it may be a sign that there's a buildup of wax or acrylic that needs to be addressed.
Yellowing or Discoloration
Over time, the buildup can cause the hardwood to yellow or develop a dull, discoloured appearance. This is especially noticeable in areas with heavy foot traffic.
Visible Layers
If you notice a cloudy or hazy layer on the surface of the floor, it could indicate a buildup of wax or acrylic. This layer may appear uneven and detract from the natural shine of the wood.
Water Spots or Rings
Spills that leave behind water spots or rings that don't disappear with regular cleaning could indicate that the protective layer on the hardwood floor has been compromised by wax or acrylic buildup.
