Service Fees​

​

• The Service fee of $9.95  is applied for houses and townhouses with driveway access

• The Service fee of $25  is applied for apartments, condos, and some townhouses with no driveway access

​

If the unit is higher than the main floor, the job requires an elevator in apartment buildings and condominiums.

 

Carpet Cleaning Pricing

 

• Room  –  $40 (up to 150 sq. ft. per room)

• Flight of Stairs  –  $40 (up to 13 steps)

• Hallway – per hallway up to 100 sq. ft. $25

• Mini-Area – regular walk-in closet, or landing $10

 

Minimum Charge for Carpet Cleaning

 

To ensure a high level of service, we have a minimum charge per service visit.

What is an “Area”?

 

Regular Area (Room or Stairs)

 

Room/Space

​

• Single room up to 150 sq. ft. or less (empty or furnished). Smaller rooms cannot be combined to equal 150 sq. ft.

• Hallway up to 100 sq. ft. or less. Larger hallways count as a regular area.

• Living Room/Dining Room Combinations count as 2 areas or more areas

• Oversized rooms, large basements, and rec. rooms count as 2 or more areas depending on size

 

Standard Flight of Stairs

• Up to 13 steps of regular width (up to 36 inches)

• Extra wide stairs, additional steps, and landings are at an additional charge

• The additional staircase step is $3.50

​

Mini-Area (Walk-In Closets, Landings)

​

• Walk-in closets or staircase landings up to 50 sq. ft.

• If the walk-in closet or staircase landing is larger than 50 sq. ft., they are counted as a Hallway or a Regular Area.

Synthetic Area Rug Cleaning Pricing

• In-home area rug cleaning from $39 per rug

​

Only synthetic area rugs. We do not clean shaggy area rugs at the moment. Area rugs must be placed on a water-resistant hard surface.

Pet Stain and Odour Treatment

​

To eliminate pet stains and odours from urine, vomit, feces, and other biological materials that are presented on the carpet, we use advanced cleaning products that are eco-friendly and safe for humans, kids, and pets.

• Light Pet Stains and Odours - $20 per Area

• Moderate Pet Stains and Odours - from $59

• Heavy Pet Stains and Odours - from $99 (in-person assessment is required)

 

 

Heavy-Duty Carpet Cleaning. 

​

Situations beyond the scope of Standard Cleaning may require specialty products or a combination of products, spot treatments, and specialty cleaning techniques to accomplish the best possible cleaning results. These situations include but are not limited to carpets that are heavily soiled or stained, carpets with excessive amounts of pet hair, heavy pet stain and odour issues, heavy high-traffic areas, etc.

 

Heavy-duty cleaning process may use more water than our Standard cleaning process, so please expect longer drying times (up to 24 hours)

Difficult Stain and Spot Treatment. 

​

Visual inspection is required. Extra charges may apply for stains requiring special techniques or products. Usually, these include but are not limited to red/blue/green stains, wine, coffee, filtration soil, mystery stains, marker/ink, paint, nail polish, gum and pet urine stains.

However, not knowing what stains are, how they were previously treated, their dye composition and how long they sit on the carpet can affect results. We cannot guarantee 100% removal of any stains.
